QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION
Know what you are buying.
Bring your technical requirements into the sourcing discussion. Documents are confirmed for the proposed material, rather than treated as interchangeable badges.
Specification
The material identity, composition, physical properties, test methods and acceptance limits agreed for the order.
Lot certificate of analysis
Results for an identified lot or sample. Review the method, reporting limits and whether the document describes the material being offered.
Origin & process records
Evidence of hemp growing and processing origin, proposed manufacturing site, process history and all formulation components.
Handling & safety
Applicable SDS, packaging, supported storage and shelf-life or retest guidance for the actual material.
Certification requests
Kosher, halal or another required scheme. Organic inquiries also require confirmation of the necessary certification scope for the trading chain, including PhytoCura, before any organic-grade offer.
Your technical requirements
Share additional statements, contaminant panels, allergens, INCI or nutrition information that your team needs to assess the material.
A specification is not a lot COA. A supplier certificate is not an PhytoCura certification. “Not detected” describes a test result and reporting limit; it does not mean a measured zero.
