HOW SOURCING WORKS

From your brief to an agreed order.

Start with what you know. We help turn a buying requirement into a defined material and commercial proposal.

01

Share your requirement

Tell us the ingredient, intended use, estimated quantity and destination. Start with what you know.

02

Review our offer and sample

Review the proposed specification, supporting documents, price and a sample where available.

03

Confirm the order

Agree the material, price, packing, payment and delivery responsibilities in writing before we buy.

Samples before scaling

Arrange a suitable evaluation sample, with availability, charges and batch status agreed.

Documents for your review

Review the specification, lot analysis, origin and other records required for the proposed material.

Coordinated delivery

The supplier packs and seals the goods. PhytoCura coordinates the transport work agreed in the quotation.

A few useful answers.

Who buys from PhytoCura?

Manufacturers, formulators, contract labs and ingredient importers or distributors. Brands are relevant when they buy or control raw-ingredient sourcing.

Do you make the ingredients?

PhytoCura buys and resells ingredients. The proposed manufacturer makes, packs and seals the material; its identity and records are shared under agreed terms during supplier qualification.

Do you keep stock?

No. We source against confirmed requirements and do not hold our own inventory. Availability and dispatch timing are confirmed in the offer.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the material, manufacturer and pack size. Share your estimate, including smaller evaluation requirements.

Can I request kosher, halal or organic material?

You can request them. Kosher and halal depend on the certificate for the specific material and site. Organic also requires confirmation of the certification scope for the trading chain, including PhytoCura, before any organic-grade offer.

Can you ship to my country?

We assess the exact product, process, intended use, importing party and route. A country name or inquiry is not shipment clearance.

How is a price agreed?

The quote identifies the material, specification, quantity, packing, payment and delivery basis. Samples, testing, freight, insurance, duties and taxes are allocated as agreed.

Start with your requirement.

A product name, destination and estimated quantity are enough to begin.
